Recent Just thought of writing down my recent life in Waterloo. Looked back my previous posts, I think I am a bit different now. I felt so lost when first came to here but now I am already get used to it. I know I would :) I can adapt myself to the teaching styles of the course instructors, scoring a better grade, starting to improve in various aspects. But still a #shopaholic though lol. It is hard to control my desire towards things I like ie. must-get-it-feeling just arise, super hard for me to neglect this feeling. I should develop a better self-control, and perhaps to achieve my ultimate goal in the coming future which is to buy anything I desire without having any care of the price. Lol I know it might sound unrealistic but this is the driving force for my good grade. In the meantime(?), I created a list of my desired items and make up a plan to buy them, at least one in a month. I had a very strong interest in skincare recently. Last time was apparels but I think I am just having too much of them so I shall stop buying them. My skin texture improved a lot, seriously. It was so bad back in time when I was in Malaysia where I am being so unaware of it. But now I am 20, must start to apply intense skincare to prevent aging. I know, people say a person starts to age at 25 but preventing as earlier as possible is better! I don't want to look like 30 when I am 25. The skincare brands I am using (and recommending) now are AVIVA and KIEHL'S. They suits me so well. Some brief intro about them. AVIVA is a taiwan-based brand and one can only purchase the products from their webstore. I love the VIP Tonic, All Powerful Essence and Rehydration Whitening Cream. I am having oily-combination skin where my cheeks are dry but oily at the t-zone. I might write a post about AVIVA in the future, but in Chinese since I am not so good in English lol. Well, I think most people had heard of KIEHL's right? I knew this brand long time ago but never had a chance to try it out (regretting). I had the Calendula Herbal Extract Alcohol Free Toner, Midnight Recovery Concentrate, Ultra Facial Cream and Ultra Facial Overnight Masque. I would strongly recommend the Midnight Recovery Concentrate! It is a night-time skincare and in a oil texture. But it absorbs into the skin so quickly and the smell of lavender is so relaxing. My skin became smoother and the pores are getting smaller. I am thinking of buying those products mentioned above in a larger size and will buy the Ultra Facial Cleanser too, can't wait to try it out :) I am also thinking of start to do some exercises! I am sooo lack of it. I should go to the gym room on campus often (perhaps twice a week) to increase my metabolism. But I need accompany, doing exercise alone is torturing and easy for me to give up the plan. I saw many people talked about #eating green but it is so hard for me to follow this trend, I love food, like a lot. Err maybe I shall try for one week and see the difference it would bring to me? And! I am thinking of getting a #tramp stamp ie. lower back tattoo. I like it to be at that area because it is not noticeable unless I am wearing bikini (which I won't for sure haha) or low-waist jeans. I don't want it to affect my chances of getting job in the future as I know a well-known company would not hire someone with a large tattoo which couldn't be covered by clothes. I don't like the ordinary butterfly or roses design but just simple tribal tattoo. I am afraid of the pain it might cause but it looks so good. If I have the courage to go for it I would definitely post a picture of the tattoo I got. It isn't cheap as I know it would cost like $100 per hour. I should start saving money for it. Oh my god I just realized how much words I have typed. I shall stop here. I want to take photos of the Fall and share with you all! Stay tuned! Bye :) - With love, Debbie Labels: Life Posted on: Oct 18, 2013 23:05 by Debbie •
